Terms of Service

FITR is an AI fit-check app: you upload a photo of yourself and a garment, we generate a preview of you wearing it, and you can share a link so friends can vote. By using the app or this site you agree to these terms.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them solely to run the service — generating try-ons, showing your saved fits, and rendering share pages you create.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Photos of other people require their consent; don't upload images of minors.

Try-on images are AI composites, not photographs of a real fitting. Fit, drape, and color can differ from the physical garment — treat previews as a styling guide, not a guarantee of how a purchase will look.

Don't use FITR to create misleading, harassing, or unlawful imagery, attempt to identify or impersonate other people, scrape the service, or interfere with voting (one vote per device per fit). Generation credits are personal to your account and have no cash value.

You can stop using FITR and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
